Lauren Downing Peters, PhD, Assistant Professor of Fashion Studies, Columbia College Chicago
Dr. Downing Peters writes and teaches about the history and culture of plus-size fashion at Columbia College in Chicago, and is Editor-in-Chief for The Fashion Studies Journal, New York, NY. Her degrees include: Washington University in St. Louis (St. Louis, MO) for a Bachelor of Arts, Double-Majoring in Art History and Anthropology (2006-2010); Parsons School of Design, The New School (New York, NY) for a Master of Arts in Fashion Studies (2010-2012); Centre for Fashion Studies, Stockholm University (Stockholm, Sweden) for a Doctor of Philosophy in Fashion Studies (2013-2018).

Student tickets are $10; teacher tickets are $15; general admission tickets are $25.
