INTERMEDIATE SEWING: GLORY ALLAN HOLSTER BAG

Skill level: Intermediate

Prerequisite skills: Must have taken a beginner sewing class with us at Rightfully Sewn or have one year prior sewing experience.

In this intermediate class, you will learn how to cut and sew a Glory Allan Holster Bag. This will require techniques that advanced sewist are looking to learn along with a refresher on the basics.

Only 4 places!

Students will work on Janome HD-3000 and School Mate 7330 straight-stitch home sewing machines and Janome and Babylock home sergers.

Students will:

Brush up on basic techniques to create sewn products, including how to pin and cut fabric and order of operations for construction

Receive education on more advanced techniques

Receive a complimentary Glory Allan sewing pattern for a holster bag to sew at home!

Whats included:

We will provide students with a Holster Bag design kit including:

1 yard of Fabric, 5" Zipper, D-rings, Velcro, and Nylon webbing strap.

All sewing tools will be provided by Rightfully Sewn Academy and it's donors in order to promote and encourage a sustainable future in the fashion industry. Students are welcome to bring their own sewing kit, if they wish.
