Kansas City’s Renaissance Faire is just around the corner! If you have a few more details to complete on your costume – maybe you’re stuck on that one technique, or you need new ideas – this Bring Your Own Project Costume Workshop is just for you!

Join Rightfully Sewn staff and friends as we keep one another company and share costuming secrets.

Bring a project you’ve been working on and get expertise on your finishing touches from our staff of seamstresses and costumers, as well as local Planet Comic Con cosplay award winner Jennifer @fancyjencosplay. Hang out and work with others who are passionate about what you love!

We will have a selection of trims, fabrics, and notions available, thanks to our donors.

Conventional sewing machines are available for those who have previously taken a Rightfully Sewn sewing class or have at least 1 year of previous sewing experience. Tools and large cutting tables are available to everyone.

Drop-in and pay at the door with a credit card (there is a fee!), cash, or check. Or you can book it now to make sure you have a spot on the 19th!
